Description

Se doreste achizitionarea de „Servicii de generare, printare, implicuire si distributie postala a facturilor, documentelor anexate/notificarilor/preavizelor de deconectare si a altor documente emise de catre SPEEH Hidroelectrica SA” catre persoane fizice si juridice domiciliate in tara si strainatate, in conformitate cu cerintele din caietului de sarcini nr. 38987/22.04.2026, anexa la documentatia de atribuire. Termenul limita pana la care operatorii economici pot transmite in SEAP solicitari de clarificari este cel tarziu in a 18-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform formular “Solicitari de clarificari” regasit in Sectiunea IV Formulare. Operatorii economici vor transmite, standardizat solicitarile de clarificari atat scanat, cat si in format editabil. Entitatea pune la dispozitie operatorilor economici in sectiunea Formulare, modelul privind formatul transmiterii solicitarilor de clarificari in vederea facilitarii modalitatii de adresare si primire a raspunsului din partea entitatii contractante. Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari - in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit prin Anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Se va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici in termenul limita enunat anterior. Servicii de generare, printare, implicuire si distributie postala a facturilor, documentelor anexate/notificarilor/preavizelor de deconectare si a altor documente emise de catre SPEEH Hidroelectrica SA, respectiv pentru un volum maxim anual de 600.000 de plicuri, la care se adauga pachetul de servicii profesionale de generare documente, introducere si validare date.
