Estimări ale cantităților minime și maxime ale abonamentelor ce fac obiectul acordului-cadru (24 luni): - minim 3 (abonamente voce + date pe mobil); - maxim 725 (abonamente voce + date pe mobil); - minim 1 sim cu număr, date stick internet; - maxim 70 sim-uri cu numere, date stick internet. Estimări ale cantităților ce fac obiectul celui mai mare contract subsecvent (12 luni): - minim 3 (abonamente voce + date pe mobil); - maxim 725 (abonamente voce + date pe mobil); - minim 1 sim cu număr, date stick internet; - maxim 70 sim-uri cu numere, date stick internet. Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: - 446.146,20 lei, fără TVA Frecvența contractelor subsecvente: Contractul subsecvent nr.1, octombrie - decembrie 2026; Contractul subsecvent nr.2, ianuarie - decembrie 2027; Contractul subsecvent nr.3, ianuarie - septembrie 2028. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11 zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Număr de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile.
