Conform caiete de sarcini Lot 1: Nr. 2968/20.01.2026 si Lot 2: Nr. 2967/20.01.2026 Termenul limita la care entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare / informatiilor suplimentare este: 11 zile, inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Se va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de op.ec. in termenul limita enuntat anterior. Durata contractului: 365 zile Termenul de prestareeste de 100 de zile/trafo si este impartit in urmatoarele etape: - 20 de zile pregatire lucrare/serviciu; - 80 de zile derulare serviciu, din care maxim 10 zile retragere din exploatare trafo. Prestatorul are obligatia de a incepe si de a executa prestarea serviciilor, cu respectarea termenelor de mai sus. Termenul de executie de 100 zile se calculează începând cu data înscrisă în Ordinul de Începere a lucrărilor, emis de Beneficiar, în funcție de condițiile meteorologice și hidrologice și a aprobărilor DEN.
