Description

Operatorul economic prestator va executa SERVICII DE REPARARE ŞI DE ÎNTREŢINERE A AUTOVEHICULELOR ŞI A ECHIPAMENTELOR CONEXE corespunzătoare gamelor: VOLKSWAGEN, CITROEN, MERCEDES,RENAULT, FIAT și MAN. Valoarea maximă a intervalului prezentat la sectiunea II.1.5 ( din SEAP) reprezintă valoarea estimată a prezentei proceduri în funcție de care se vor elabora ofertele. Suplimentarea cantităților este conditionată de existența resurselor financiare alocate cu această destinație.”Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor - 10 zile. Autoritatea contractantă în temeiul prevederilor art.161 alin. 1 din Legea nr. 98/2016, va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificări în a 9 -a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Operatorul economic prestator va executa SERVICII DE REPARARE ŞI DE ÎNTREŢINERE A AUTOVEHICULELOR ŞI A ECHIPAMENTELOR CONEXE corespunzătoare gamelor: VOLKSWAGEN, CITROEN, MERCEDES,RENAULT,FIAT și MAN. Prestatorul se obligă să ofere beneficiarului/autoritate contractantă, un pachet complet de servicii care să includă, lucrările de întreţinere, revizii, reparaţii tehnice, reparaţii tinichigerie și vopsitorie. Părţile contractante au dreptul, pe durata îndeplinirii contractului, de a conveni modificarea clauzelor contractului, prin act adiţional, în condiţiile prevăzute de legislaţia în vigoare și în conformitate cu art. 221 din Legea 98/2016
