Prestări serviciu privat de pompieri de tip P1 fără autospecială Potrivit obiectului prezentei proceduri se urmărește achiziționarea de servicii de prevenire și stingere a incendiilor cu pompieri specializați prin constituire la nivelul unității a unui serviciu de tip P1, atribuit către un serviciu privat, constituit ca societate prestatoare de servicii prin contract, conform art. 40 și art. 41 din Ordinul nr. 51 din 15 martie 2024 pentru aprobarea Criteriilor de performanţă privind constituirea, încadrarea şi dotarea serviciilor voluntare şi a serviciilor private pentru situaţii de urgenţă, pe toată durata acordului-cadru, respectiv 24 luni. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a-11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
