Scopul achiziţiei de servicii constă în “Servicii de pază şi ordine“ la obiectivele SC. COMPANIA DE APA ORADEA SA. TOTAL NR. POSTURI: 20 posturi de 24 ore/24 1 post de 9 ore/zi lucrătoare, împărțite astfel: Oradea+Sânmartin+Tileagd: 16 posturi de 24 ore/24 (13posturi + 1 post + 2 posturi) 1 post de 9 ore/zi lucrătoare Beiuș: 1 post de 24 ore/24 Tinca: 3 posturi de 24 ore/24 Prin servicii de pază se înţelege:: asigurarea conform legii a serviciilor de paza si protectie pentru siguranta si integritatea obiectivelor, bunurilor, valorilor si a intregului personal salariat si colaborator al achizitorului -Servicii de paza si ordine conform Legii 333/2003, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, privind consemnul general si cele stabilite de achizitor in caietul de sarcini si in planul de paza, privind consemnele particulare ale fiecarui post de paza - EC va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate până în a 19-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor; - EC va transmite raspunsul consolidat la solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Contractul are ca scop achizitia de Servicii de paza si ordine conform Legii 333/2003, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, privind consemnul general si cele stabilite de achizitor in caietul de sarcini si in planul de paza, privind consemnele particulare ale fiecarui post de paza.
