Description

Se doreste achiziția de servicii de paza pentru o perioada de 36 luni, la obiectivele S.C. C.R.A.B. S.A. specificate în caietul de sarcini. Aceste servicii vor fi asigurate de către Societăţi specializate în serviciul de pază şi protecţie. Acestea trebuie să fie constituite şi să funcţioneze potrivit legislaţiei în vigoare (Legea 333/2003, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, HG 301/2012 pentru aprobarea normelor metodologice de aplicare a Legii 333/2003, cu modificările și completările ulterioare), având ca obiect de activitate paza obiectivelor, bunurilor, în condiţii de maximă siguranţă a acestora, precum şi protecţia umană.
