Achiziție de servicii de paza pentru Spitalul Clinic de Urgenta pentru Copii Sf. Maria Iasi - ACORD CADRU pe 36 luni - 3 POSTURI DE PAZA 36 luni, conform specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini Serviciul de paza va fi asigurat de catre societati comerciale specializate in serviciul de paza si protectie. Acestea trebuie sa fie constituite si sa functioneze potrivit legislatiei in vigoare (Legea 333/2003), avand ca obiect de activitate paza obiectivelor, bunurilor sau valorilor, in conditii de maxima siguranta a acestora. In scopul asigurarii pazei si protectiei obiectivelor s-au prevazut urmatoarele posturi de paza: SERVICII PAZA - Postul 1 - post de paza cu program permanent la sediul sediul Spitalului Clinic de Urgenta pentru Copii Sf. Maria Iasi - poarta 2 SERVICII PAZA - Postul 2 - post de paza cu program permanent la sediul Spitalului Clinic de Urgenta pentru Copii Sf. Maria Iasi - zona UPU SERVICII PAZA - Postul 3 - post de paza cu program permanent la permanent la sediul Spitalului Clinic de Urgenta pentru Copii Sf. Maria Iasi - zona UPU NOU Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire, cu respectarea termenului limita stabilit de autoritatea contractanta in instructiunile catre ofertanti/candidati - Sectiunea Comunicare, respectiv numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 zile. Raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari cu privire la documentatia de atribuire vor fi publicate în SEAP, la Sectiunea ”Lista,clarificari, notificari si decizii” din cadrul anuntului de participare . Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare, in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 161 din Legea 98 /2016.
