Servicii de legare documente conform cerinte Specificatii tehnice. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări/informații suplimentare înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet solicitărilor de clarificări/informații suplimentare primiteîn termen în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Valoare maximă acord-cadru: calculată pentru întreaga perioada de prestare a serviciilor 48 luni este de 1.854.000,00 lei fără TVA, respectiv 2.243.340,00 lei TVA inclus, determinată astfel: 120.000 unități arhivistice x 15,45 lei fără TVA = 1.854.000,00 lei fără TVA/48 luni; Valoare minimă acord-cadru calculată pentru întreaga perioada de prestare a serviciilor 48 luni este de 154.500,00 lei fără TVA, respectiv 186.945,00 lei TVA inclus, determinată astfel: 10.000 unități arhivistice x 15,45 lei fără TVA = 154.500,00 lei fără TVA/48 luni; Valoare celui mai mic contract subsecvent: este de 154.500,00 lei fără TVA, respectiv 186.945,00 lei TVA inclus, determinată astfel: 10.000 unități arhivistice x 15,45 lei fără TVA = 154.500,00 lei fără TVA/48 luni; Valoare celui mai mare contract subsecvent: calculată pentru perioada 12 luni este de 463.500,00 lei fără TVA, respectiv 560.835,00 lei TVA inclus, determinată astfel: 30.000 unități arhivistice x 15,45 lei fără TVA = 463.500,00 lei fără TVA.
