Servicii de mentenanţă software pentru Sistemul Informatic Integrat Vamal (SIIV) și componentele EMCS-RO pentru 24 luni, reprezentând estimarea a 9.216 (zile-om) din care: Mentenanță corectivă și/sau adaptivă - 2.976 (zile-om); Mentenanță evolutivă - 6.240 (zile-om). Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări/informații suplimentare înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet solicitărilor de clarificări/informații suplimentare primite în termen în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
