Description

Servicii de mentenanța software platformă GIS, dupa cum urmeaza: -mentenanta corectiva si de intretinere -mentenanta evolutiva -servicii de instruire Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări: 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. ANCPI va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări, potrivit prevederilor alin. (1), art.161 din Legea nr. 98/2016, în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. ANCPI va atribui un acord cadru cu durata de 48 de luni, care cuprinde servicii de mentenanta corectiva si de intretinere pentru maxim 48 de luni,servicii de mentenanta evolutiva pentru maxim 6000 de ore si 120 sesiuni de instruire . - Valoare maximă a acordului cadru = 15.663.120 lei, fără TVA, corespunzător a 48 de luni de mentenanta corectiva si de intretinere, 6000 de ore de mentenanta evolutiva si 120 sesiuni de instruire - Valoare minimă a acordului cadru = 7.831.560 lei, fără TVA, corespunzător a 24 de luni de mentenanta corectiva si de intretinere, 3000 de ore de mentenanta evolutiva si 60 sesiuni de instruire - Valoare estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent = 3.915.780 lei, fără TVA, corespunzător a 12 luni de mentenanta corectiva si de intretinere 1500 de ore de mentenanta evolutiva si 30 sesiuni de instruire - Valoare estimata a celui mai mic contract subsecvent = 232.697,81 lei, fără TVA, corespunzător a 1 luna de mentenanta corectiva si de intretinere si 1 ora de mentenanta evolutiva si 1 sesiune de instruire.
