Servicii de imprimare - Acord-cadru 36 de luni - termenul pana la care se pot solicita clarificari este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor urmand ca autoritatea contractanta sa raspunda consolidat tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor; Servicii de imprimare vor fi executate conform specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini care face parte integranta din documentatia de atribuire si constituie ansamblul cerintelor pe baza carora se elaboreaza de catre fiecare ofertant propunerea tehnica. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data depunerii ofertelor specificata in anuntul de participare. (Conform art.160 alin.2 si art.161 din Legea 98/2016 modificate prin OUG 107/2017).
