Description

Achizitia serviciilor de deratizare şi dezinsecţie, este necesară în vederea asigurării condițiilor de funcționare în parametrii optimi, în conformitate cu cerințele caietului de sarcini, respectiv: - asigurarea unui mediu de lucru sănătos și sigur pentru personalul propriu; - prevenirea riscurilor de îmbolnăvire sau accidentare generate de prezența insectelor și rozătoarelor; - protejarea echipamentelor, instalațiilor și infrastructurii energetice împotriva deteriorărilor cauzate de rozătoare; - îndeplinirea obligațiilor legale și de reglementare privind igiena și sănătatea publică; - crearea condițiilor necesare desfășurării optime a activităților administrative și operaționale. Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 de zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, astfel: - in a 11-a zicalendaristica inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce vor fi atribuite: Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia trimestrial in functie de solicitarile sectiilor precum si de fondurile bugetare alocate cu aceasta destinatie.Cantitatile minime si maxime aferente acordului cadru si ale contractelor subsecvente sunt cele din caietul de sarcini.
