[2].Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicitat clarificari/informatii suplimentare de catre operatorii economici este de 15 zile inainte de data depunerii ofertelor (adica ultima zi este a 16 -a zi anterior datei limita de depunere a ofertelor). Termenul limita pentru publicarea raspunsului consolidat la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economicii este de 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor (adica in a 11 -a zi anterior datei limita de depunere a ofertelor). NOTA: autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa raspunda solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimetare care nu au fost adresate in termenul stabilit mai sus sau care nu au fost adresate prin intermediul SEAP.
