Prin achizitionarea serviciilor descrise la pct 2.3, autoritatea contractanta doreste sa raspunda necesitatilor identificate in cadrul spitalului conform referatului de necesitate 1284/ 30.10.2024 si a caracteristicilor tehnice, referat aprobat de Conducerea SJUSM. Luand in considerare obiectul achizitiei si valoarea estimata totala ce depaseste pragul de 1 090 812,00 lei lei fara TVA, se va organiza procedura de Licitatie deschisa, astfel incat se poate considera ca avem un grad inalt de complexitate. *Prezenta procedura de licitatie a fost aprobata de conducerea SJUSM si avizata de Consiliul de Adminitratie in baza deciziei nr. 18 din data de 08.11.2024. CANTITATE MINIMA ESTIMATA LUNA = 6000 CANTITATE MAXIMA ESTIMATA LUNA=13000 CANTITATE MINIMA ESTIMATA 12 LUNI = 72000 CANTITATE MAXIMA ESTIMATA 12 LUNI = 156000 CANTITATE MINIMA ESTIMATA 36 DE LUNI =216000 CANTITATE MAXIMA ESTIMATA 36 DE LUNI =468000 VALOAREA MINIMA ESTIMATA A CELUI MAI MARE CONTRACT SUBSECVEBT 12 LUNI = 496.800,00 VALOAREA MAXIMA ESTIMATA A CELUI MAI MARE CONTRACT SUBSECVEBT 12 LUNI = 1.076.400,00 Termenul limita in care AC va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare va fi a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor conform art.160 coraborat cu art.161 din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor : 20 zile.
