Description

Autoritatea contractantă optează pentru încheierea unui acord-cadru pe 4 ani, cu un singur operator economic, pentru delegarea gestiunii activității de colectare separată și transport separat al deșeurilor menajere și similare pe raza UAT Comuna Dascălu, pentru unicitate operațională și responsabilitate clară. Categoriile de deșeuri care fac obiectul contractului de delegare sunt: - deseuri municipale si asimilabile din comert, industrie, institutii inclusiv fractiile colectate separat - cod 20; - deseuri de ambalaje municipale (inclusiv deseurile de ambalaje municipale colectate separat) - cod 15 01; - deseuri provenite din locuinte, generate de activitati de reamenajare si reabilitare interioara si/sau exterioara - cod 17.
