Contract de Servicii de acces electronic la literatura ştiinţifică prin proiectul „Acces la literatura ştiinţifică şi publicarea în regim de acces deschis - ANELIS PLUS 2023-2025” Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este: până in a 18-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Daca aceste termene vor fi zile nelucratoare, autoritatea va raspunde in ultima zi lucratoare inainte de termenul respectiv.
