Acord cadru de prestari servicii analize medicale Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente (minim cate un contract subsecvent in fiecare an) se va face in functie de necesitatile autoritatii contractante pe toata durata acordului cadru, cu incadrarea in valoarea maxima estimata a serviciilor ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate, anterior inceperii prestarii serviciilor Valoarea estimata maxima a celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de 1.024.577,64 lei fara TVA pentru o perioada de 3 luni Valoarea estimata maxima a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 4.098.310,56 lei fara TVA pentru o perioada de 12 luni. Obiectul acordului cadru este dat de necesitatea autorității contractante de a achiziționa Servicii de analize medicale ale unui operator economic care să aibă capacitatea profesională de a realiza activitățile care fac obiectul acordului-cadru, întrucât Institutul National de Diabet, Nutritie si Boli Metabolice Dr. N.C. Paulescu nu dispune de personal specializat care să execute astfel de servicii. Valoarea estimata maxima a celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de 1.024.577,64 lei fara TVA pentru o perioada de 3 luni Valoarea estimata maxima a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 4.098.310,56 lei fara TVA pentru o perioada de 12 luni. Valoarea estimata minima a acordului cadru este 13.669.413,24/48 luni Valoarea estimata maxima a acordului cadru este 16.393.242,26/48 luni
