„Saboți de frână tip K din materiale compozite pentru trenul (cuplu) etajat seria 1605/2605” SNTFC 83/2024 Operatorul economic va putea solicita clarificari in termen de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, entitatea contractanta raspunzand in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 11 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Achizitia de „Saboți de frână tip K din materiale compozite pentru trenul (cuplu) etajat seria 1605/2605” Cantitate minima acord cadru: 240 buc, Cantitate maxima acord cadru: 2520 buc; Cantitate minima cel mai mare contract subsecvent 240 buc, Cantitate maxima cel mai mare contract subsecvent 1440 buc; Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente reprezintă intenția entității contractante, nu un angajament ferm din partea entității contractante, pornind de la ipoteza de lucru că nu vor apărea evenimente/circumstanțe imprevizibile care nu au putut fi luate în considerare la momentul inițierii procedurii de atribuire, respectiv vor fi asigurate și resursele financiare necesare.
