Incheiere unui acord cadru pentru 48 de luni avand ca obiect-Servicii de mentenanță pentru simulatorul de navigație pe ape interioare. Acordul cadru ce va fi încheiat ca urmare a atribuirii prezentei achiziții având ca obiect “Servicii de mentenanță pentru simulatorul de navigație pe ape interioare”, pe o perioada de 48 luni se v-a incheia cu maxim 3 operatori economici . Estimările cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe întreaga perioadă a acordului-cadru și a celor care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmează să fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru se regăsesc în caietele de sarcini. Contractele subsecvente estimate a se incheia sunt in interiorul anului bugetar si sunt incheiate in functie de existenta creditelor bugetare. Se vor încheia 4 contracte subsecvente, după cum urmează: - Primul contract subsecvent - pentru perioada 01.01-31.12.2027 - Al doilea contract subsecvent - pentru perioada 01.01-31.12.2028 - Al treilea contract subsecvent - pentru perioada 01.01-31.12.2029 - Al patrulea contract subsecvent - pentru perioada 01.01-31.12.2030 Numarul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
