Prin prezenta documentatie se doreste achizitia reactivilor destinati activitatii din compartimentul Transfuzii Sange, din cadrul sectiei de Anestezie si Terapie Intensiva , din cadrul Spitalului Municipal Medias . Prezenta procedura este initiata pentru reactivii compatibili pentru aparatele aflate in proprietatea Spitalului Municipal Medias, Tipul aparatelor FIIND urmatoarea : Centrifuga ID 6S - DiaMED-ID ID Micro Typing System Incubator ID 37SI - DiaMED-ID ID Incubator L - DiaMED ID Se va incheia acord-cadru pentru o perioada de 24 luni. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 10 - a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20.
