Description

Furnizorul va livra produsele la termenul din contract, in cantitatile solicitate de autoritatea contractanta si respectand caracteristicile/cerintele/specificatiile minime precizate in caietul de sarcini. In temeiul prevederilor art. 160 din Legea 98/2016, modificata prin OUG 107/2017, operatorii economici interesati de procedura vor solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire cu 18 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, iar in temeiul art. 161 din Legea 98/2016, modificata prin OUG 107/2017, raspunsul autoritatii contractante va fi transmis cu 10 zile (in a 11-a zi) inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Având în vedere ca valoarea estimată a lotului de REACTIVI pentru detecţia ARN a virusului West Nile în ser/plasma uman(ă) depășește pragul stabilit la Art.6 alin. (4) din Regulamentul (UE) 2022/1031 (respectiv 5.000.000 EUR pentru bunuri), se impune aplicarea măsurilor IPI (Instrument pentru achiziții publice internaționale - IPI). Furnizorul va livra produsele la termenul din contractul subsecvent, in cantitatile solicitate de INSTITUTUL NATIONAL DE TRANSFUZIE SANGUINA ”PROF. DR. C. T. NICOLAU” (INTS) si avand caracteristicile/specificatiile minime precizate in caietul de sarcini.
