Obiectul contractului il reprezinta: furnizarea de reactivi si consumabile de laborator, necesare pentru recoltarile de probe, prelevare esantioane de sange si efectuarea analizelor medicale de specialitate, de hematologie _microbiologie, compatibile cu analizoarele din dotarea Laboratorului de analize medicale din cadrul spitalului si LAM -Ambulatoriu integrat spitalului. Autoritarea contractanta va raspunde, in mod clar si complet, tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor (Conform art. 160 alin. 2 si art.161 din Legea 98/2016 modificate prin OUG 107/2017). descrierea, cantitatea minima si cantitatea maxima se regasesc in Tabel 1 _ sect_II_DA_caiet sarcini_Reactivi_ consumabile laborator_2025, atasat prezentei DA
