Description

Autoritatea contractanta, prin aplicarea prezentei proceduri, intenționează să achiziționeze Reactivi si consumabile compatibile cu analizoarele aflate in dotare: Linia Diamed si GEM PREMIER 3500, pentru realizarea actelor medicale la standardele de calitate impuse de legislația în domeniul serviciilor medicale. La finalul prezentei proceduri de atribuire se va incheia un acord- cadru pe o perioada de 48 de luni, cu maxim trei operatori economici. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru precum si ale contractului subsecvent sunt prevazute in Caietul de sarcini. Termenul in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari este in a 11-a zi inainte de data si ora limita de depune a ofertelor, cu conditia ca operatorul economic sa solicite clarificarea in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I.3 Comunicare, respectiv 18 zile. Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Tulcea intenționează să achiziționeze Reactivi pentru diagnostic imuno-hematologic, prin tehnica de aglutinare in coloana de gel (micrometoda) compatibili cu linia Diamed, pentru realizarea actelor medicale la standardele de calitate impuse de legislația în domeniul serviciilor medicale. Estimarile cantitatilor minime si maxime ale Acordului-Cadru si ale Contractelor Subsecvente sunt prevazute in caietul de sarcini; Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Tulcea intenționează să achiziționeze Consumabile compatibile cu linia Diamed, pentru realizarea actelor medicale la standardele de calitate impuse de legislația în domeniul serviciilor medicale.
