Description

Prin prezenta documentatie se doreste achizitia prin licitatie a reactivilor destinati activitatii din compartimentul Laborator de Analize Medicale, compatibili 100% cu analizoarele proprii, din cadrul Spitalului Municipal Medias. Analizoarele aflate in dotarea Laboratorului de Analize Medicale al Spitalului Municipal Medias, pentru care se initiaza prezenta procedura de achizitie, sunt urmatoarele: - Analizor VSH Alifax R20-LC, aflat in dotarea laboratorului; - Analizor de ioni EasyLyte, aflat in dotarea laboratorului; - Analizor de ioni EasyLyte Plus, aflat in dotarea laboratorului; - Analizor de electroforeza MiniLite, aflat in dotarea laboratorului; -Analizorul Quik-Read GO. Se va incheia acord-cadru pentru o perioada de 24 luni. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 10 - a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20.
