Acord-cadru furnizare ,,reactivi de laborator" conf. fisei de date si caietului de sarcini.Conform art.161dinL.98/2016 Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor 20. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare /inf.suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Achizitie reactivi de laborator /UPU .Cantitatile min./ max.acord cadru 36 luni sunt in caietul de sarcini. Cantitatea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent pe fiecare lot este reprezentata de coloana de “cantitate minima” din caietul de sarcini Frecventa celui mai mare contr.subsesvent cu val.max. estimata ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate pe durata intregului acord cadru (dupa necesitati) conf.datelor /Sec.II.1.5) SICAP din F.D.& caiet sarcini (cant.&val.min/max) acord cadru36 luni.
