Acord cadru de furnizare reactivi de laborator. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 19. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Descrierea si cantitatile din acordul-cadru, respectiv din contractele subsecvente sunt specificate in Caietul de sarcini si in lista loturi din prezenta documentatie, deoarece acest camp nu permite inserarea tuturor informatiilor. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru, cantitatile minime si maxime ale contractului subsecvent, pecum si valoarea minima si maxima a contractului subsecvent sunt precizate in Caietul de sarcini (Sectiunea 3 - Descrierea produselor solicitate, Estimare privind cantitatile minime si maxime contracte subsecvente).
