Autoritatea contractantă dorește încheierea unor acorduri cadru pentru achiziționarea de dispozitive medicale ortopedice decontate cu fonduri din cadrul programelor și subprogramelor din cadrul Programelor Naționale de Sănătate curative pentru o perioadă de 2 ani, în conformitate cu specificațiile tehnice anexate la caietul de sarcini. Termenul limită în care Autoritatea Contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de calificare/informațiilor suplimentare: În a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. -Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor 19.
