Description

Se va încheia acord cadru pe o perioada de 36 luni. S-a ales acordul-cadru deoarece acesta permite autorităţii contractante atribuirea de contracte subsecvente lunar(proteze) si trimestrial pentru implanturi, în funcţie de necesitatile concrete si de fondurile alocate cu aceasta destinatie. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimative ale contractelor subsecvente se regăsesc atât în Caietul de sarcini cât și în Strategia de contractare. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 - a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18. Autoritatea contractanta v-a incheia acorduri cadru cu operatorul clasat pe primul loc. Cantitate min si max la nivel de acord cadru - conform caietului de sarcini.
