Description

Incheierea unui Acord-cadru pentru achizitia de medicamente -47 loturi, conform informatiilor cuprinse in Caietului de sarcini . Se va incheia un Acord-cadru pentru o perioada de 24 luni, cu un operator economic, pentru unul sau mai multe loturi. In baza acordului-cadru vor fi incheiate contracte subsecvente trimestrial sau in functie de necesitati si de fondurile alocate. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatiilor suplimentare cu 13 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform OUG 107/2017.
