Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/ candidaturilor :15 zile. Directia Silvica Iasi urmeaza sa achizitioneze piese de schimb si accesorii pentru masini si utilaje forestiere si agricole conform anexelor la prezentul caietul de sarcini. Decontarea se face din fonduri de productie proprii. Necesitatea autoritatii contractante este de a achizitiona piese de schimb si accesorii pentru masini si utilaje forestiere si agricole, achizitie care cuprind piesele, accesoriile si consumabilele necesare pentru efectuarea tuturor operatiunilor de revizie tehnica, reparatii si intretineri pentru utilajele folosite in activitatea de exploatare forestiera/pepiniere din parcul auto al Directiei Silvice Iasi, operatiuni necesare pentru asigurarea sigurantei in exploatare precum si pentru mentinerea acestora in parametri tehnici corespunzatori. Valoarea estimata a acordului cadru este de 3460290 lei fara TVA. Valoare estimata acord cadru: minima = 2095265 lei fara TVA. maxima = 3460290 lei fara TVA. Valoare estimata contract subsecvent : minima = 1031923 lei fara TVA. maxima = 2203662 lei fara TVA.
