„Elemente elastice material rulant” - împărțită în 3 loturi, astfel: Lot 1: „Element elastic LB 2084”; Lot 2: „Elemente elastice cu 3 straturi de cauciuc pentru suspensia locomotivelor electrice”; Lot 3: „Elemente elastice cu 5 straturi de cauciuc pentru suspensia locomotivelor electrice”. Operatorul economic va putea solicita clarificari in termen de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, entitatea contractanta raspunzand in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 11-zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. „Element elastic LB 2084’’ Cantitati estimate pentru acordul cadru: minim 10 buc. - maxim 800 buc. Cantitati estimate pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent: minim 10 buc. - maxim 250 buc.; „Elemente elastice cu 3 straturi de cauciuc pentru suspensia locomotivelor electrice’’ Cantitati estimate pentru acordul cadru: minim 10 buc. - maxim 1000 buc. Cantitati estimate pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent: minim 10 buc. - maxim 300 buc.; „Elemente elastice cu 5 straturi de cauciuc pentru suspensia locomotivelor electrice’’ Cantitati estimate pentru acordul cadru: minim 10 buc. - maxim 1100 buc. Cantitati estimate pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent: minim 10 buc. - maxim 350 buc.
