Description

Furnizare MATERIALE SANITARE - EPIDERMOLIZA BULOASA conform cerintelor din Caietul de sarcini si Anexei la Caietul de sarcini. A. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A., va pune AC in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns in termenul mentionat la punctul B. si drept urmare orice solicitare de clarificare in afara termenelor mentionate se va considera TARDIVA. Cantitate min. si max. / acord cadru se regasesc in Anexa la Caietul de sarcini. Cantitatile min. si max./ contract subsecvent se regasesc in Anexa la Caietul de sarcini.
