„ Funizare solutii software digitalzare spital si echipamente hardware clinice si non-clinice aferente proiectului SCU prof. Dr. OBLU MEDICAL ESEENTIAL SOFTWARE SOLUTION (SCUOMES)” Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor 20 zile. Autoritatea Contractantă va răspunde la solicitările de clarificări în a 12-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. In vederea indeplinirii Planul Strategic al Spitalului, Strategia, cat si Obiectivul fundamental al spitalului, Viziunea, Misiunea si promisiunea facuta pacientilor sai, structura de digitalizare din prezentul proiect include atingerea celor 3 componente definite in Ghidul solicitantului, cat si implementarea celor 10 Module/solutii de digitalizare, fie ca o solutie unitara care sa le cuprinda pe toate, fie mai multe solutii menite sa intruneasaca toate aceste module. In acest context, Componenta 1 fost definita pentru a sustine solutia de digitalizare propusa prin prezentul proiect, atat pentru solutia clinica, cat si pentru cea non-clinica.
