Romania - Software packages and IT systems - Expansion and upgrade of the Metering Data Management (MDM) EnergyIP 8.5 system through the purchase of licences

A Romanian contracting authority is procuring the expansion and upgrade of its Metering Data Management (MDM) system EnergyIP 8.5 through the purchase of software licences, in accordance with the specifications. The purchase is structured as a framework agreement, with subsequent contracts to be awarded annually. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract to be awarded during the framework agreement is 498,750 euro excluding VAT. Minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement and for each subsequent contract are set out in the specifications, page 7. Clarification requests may be submitted until 17 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond by the 11th day before that deadline.
