Obiectul achiziţiei il constituie achizitia de carburanti auto cu alimentare pe baza pe carduri valorice şi anume : a) lotul 1 - Motorină- cod CPV 09134200-9, cantitatea ce se doreste a fi achizitionata este de 170.892 litri. b) lotul 2 - Benzina fara plumb - cod CPV 09132100-4, cantitatea ce se doreste a fi achizitionata este de 105.573 litri c) lotul 3 - GPL - cod CPV 09133000-0, cantitatea ce se doreste a fi achizitionata este de 7.200 litri Valoarea totala a contractului, estimata in lei fara TVA: 2.226.109,56 lei fara TVA, respectiv lot 1: 1.355.173,56 lei fara TVA; lot 2: 844.584,00 lei fara TVA; lot 3: 26.352,00 lei fara TVA. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare cel tarziu in a 6-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in masura in care aceste solicitari vor fi adresate in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I.3 din instructiunile pentru ofertanti, respectiv 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. cantitatea ce se doreste a fi achizitionata este de 170.892 litri.; cantitatea ce se doreste a fi achizitionata este de 105.573 litri; cantitatea ce se doreste a fi achizitionata este de 7.200 litri
