Description

In conformitate cu Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 43/1997 privind regimul drumurilor, administratorul drumurilor are atributii privind repararea, intretinerea, exploatarea si administrarea drumurilor. In conformitate cu O.U.G. 195/2002 si a Regulamentului de aplicare a acestuia, administratorul drumurilor are obligatia de a asigura viabilitatea drumurilor. S.C. LUCRARI DRUMURI SI PODURI S.A. VASLUI are in exploatare un parc propriu format din autoturisme, utilaje si echipamente pentru intretinerea drumurilor. Parcul propriu include si utilajele de intretinere drumuri vara / iarna si echipamentele aferente lor. Pentru alimentarea cu combustibil a acestora se utilizeaza motorina (vrac) de la un Furnizor care trebuie sa indeplineasca conditia principala de functionare cu statii de carburant sau prin intermediul unei retele de distributie afiliate/ partenere( se face dovada prin contract sau alte documente justificative) pe intreg teritoriul Romaniei. FURNIZARE CARBURANTI AUTO NECESARI PENTRU AUTOTURISMELE, AUTOVEHICULELE, UTILAJE SI ECHIPAMENTELE DIN DOTAREA S.C. LUCRARI DRUMURI SI PODURI S.A. VASLUI. 1. Motorina diesel (Euro 5) vrac; Carburantii achizitionati in baza acestui contract vor fi folositi pentru alimentarea autoturismelor, autovehiculelor, utilajelor si echipamentelor din parcul auto S.C. LUCRARI DRUMURI SI PODURI S.A. VASLUI. Contractul are ca scop "FURNIZARE MOTORINA EURO5 (VRAC) PENTRU AUTOTORISMELE, AUTOVEHICULELE, UTILAJELE SI ECHIPAMENTELE AFLATE ÎN DOTAREA S.C. LUCRĂRI DRUMURI ȘI PODURI S.A. VASLUI”, cu o durata de 21luni, cu termen de livrare stabilit prin oferta.
