Achiziția motorinei Diesel Euro 5 este imperios necesară desfășurării în condiții optime a activităților de transport specifice. Aceasta este folosită pentru combustie la motoarele Diesel de orice fel, cu care sunt dotate autovehiculele din parcul auto al Transurb SA Galați. Termenul in care Autoritatea Contractanta va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări din perioada de depunere a ofertelor este in a 12-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere, cu condiția ca Operatorii Economici sa adreseze clarificările în termenul stabilit la ''Secțiunea I Autoritatea contractanta'' sub-secțiunea "I.3) Comunicare", respectiv 15 zile înainte de data limita de depunere. Achiziția a 1.500 tone motorină Diesel Euro 5, este necesară achizitorului pentru desfășurarea activităților de transport specifice pentru o perioadă de aproximativ 8 luni, începând cu data încheierii procedurii și semnării contractului de furnizare, respectiv 01.05.2026 până la data de 31.12.2026, cu posibilitatea prelungirii prin Act adițional, pe o perioadă de maxim 4 luni - conform legii, semnat de ambele părți. În valoarea totală estimată a contractului a fost luat în calcul consumul estimat astfel: - până la 31.12.2026 - 1000 tone x 6.916,06 lei /tonă =6.916.060,00 lei - diferența estimată până la 1.500 tone, respectiv 500 tone x 6.916,06 lei/tonă = 3.458.030,00 lei, pentru situația în care contractul de furnizare va fi prelungit cu maximum 4 luni, conform legii, pentru anul 2027.
