Obiectul acordului-cadru îl constituie furnizarea de carburant auto si anume Motorină EURO 5, din depozitele furnizorului, cu plata în termenul stabilit prin contractul de achiziţie. Cantitatea ce se doreste a fi achizitionata este de minim 120.000 litri - maxim 333.000 litri - în formă lichidă, la sediul autorităţii contractante. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mic contract subsecvent: 255.000 lei. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 1.020.000 lei. Cantitatea minima aferenta acordului cadru va fi de 120.000 litri. Cantitatea maxima aferenta acordului cadru va fi de 333.000 litri. Cantitatea cea mai mare a unui contract subsecvent va fi de 120.000 litri. Cantitatea cea mai mica a unui contract subsecvent va fi de 30.000 litri. Valoarea estimata fara TVA: intre 1.020.000 si 2.830.500 lei Monedă: RON Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: Cantitatile prevazute in caietul de sarcini sunt orientative si nu se constituie in obligatie contractuala. Atentie: Termenul in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare este in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in masura in care aceste solicitari vor fi adresate in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I din Fisa de Date, respectiv cu 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
