„Dale din beton- 3 loturi astfel Lotul 1 - Dale din beton Tg-Mures, Lotul 2 - Dale din beton Medias Lotul 3 - Dale din beton Ploiesti Cantitate maxima a acordului cadru este de - 2.750 buc Defalcarea cantitatilor pe loturi este urmatoarea: Lot 1 - 1000 buc, Lot 2 - 1000 buc ,Lot 3 -750 buc Cantitatea maxima pentru Cel mai mare contract subsecvent este de: 1.200 buc Defalcarea cantitatilor pe loturi este urmatoarea: Lot 1 - 400buc, Lot 2 - 400 buc, Lot 3- 400 buc Entitatea contractanta va răspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul-limită stabilit prin anuntul de participare. Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor 18, entitate contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor conform Art. 173 din legea nr. 99/2016 modificata si completata prin OUG nr.107/2017 si OUG nr 45/2018.
