Description

Burlane de tubaj si servicii de depozitare conform specificatiilor caietului de sarcini. Produsele si serviciile ce urmeaza sa fie achizitionate sunt necesare pentru asigurarea materialului tubular (burlane de tubaj) necesar constructiei sondelor de explorare si asigurarea serviciilor de depozitare. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatilor suplimentare, cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numărul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Produsele si serviciile ce urmeaza sa fie achizitionate sunt necesare pentru asigurarea materialului tubular (burlane de tubaj) necesar constructiei sondelor de explorare si asigurarea serviciilor de depozitare. Valoarea estimată totala a acordului cadru fără TVA, (numai în cifre): 250.610.361,00 lei. Cantitatile minime si maxime aferente acordului cadru, respectiv cantitatile minime si maxime aferente unui contract subsecvent sunt: Pentru Acordul cadru Cantitate min. 58.550 m. Cantitate max. 179.880 m. Pentru Contractul subsecvent Cantitate min. 1.400 m. Cantitate max. 25.700 m. Frecventa contractelor subsecvente: maxim 6/an; Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 44.240.609 lei
