Produsele solicitate în cadrul prezentei achiziții constau într-un Sistem integrat de testare pentru sisteme de pile de combustibil (FC System Testbed - FCS), destinat activităților de cercetare, dezvoltare și validare experimentală a stack-urilor și sistemelor FC PEM, inclusiv a subsistemelor auxiliare (Balance of Plant - BoP). Sistemul trebuie să fie livrat ca o soluție completă și integrată, incluzând toate subsistemele necesare operării în condiții de siguranță, control și monitorizare. Sistemul integrat de testare FC (FCS Testbed) va fi configurat ca un ansamblu de subsisteme interconectate și complet integrate, proiectate și dimensionate astfel încât să permită testarea în regim continuu a sistemelor FC PEM cu putere nominală de minimum 100 kW Calendarul de răspuns la solicitările de clarificări Conform art. 160 și art. 161 din Legea 98/2016, operatorii economici au dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare în legătură cu documentaţia de atribuire, cu respectarea termenului limită stabilit de autoritatea contractantă în anunţul de participare. Număr zile până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 20 zile.
