Achizitia are ca obiect reabilitarea și modernizarea infrastructurii educaționale a Colegiului Național de Informatică prin lucrări de consolidare, refacere a finisajelor, instalațiilor și a acoperișurilor, precum și prin extinderea corpului principal (C1) pentru asigurarea spațiilor necesare procesului didactic modern, creșterea eficienței energetice și a sustenabilității clădirilor școlare prin termoizolarea anvelopei, instalarea de sisteme fotovoltaice, pompe de căldură și corpuri de iluminat LED. Conform art. 160 alin.(2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice (asa cum a fost modificata prin Ordonanta de Urgenta a Guvernului nr.107/2017), coroborat cu prevederile art. 27 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 395/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari (daca acestea au fost primite in termen), cu 20 de zile inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor in Anuntul de participare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 30 zile
