Operatorul economic va efectua PROIECTARE, ASISTENTA TEHNICA SI EXECUTIE LUCRARI DE INCHIDERE SI ECOLOGIZARE SUCURSALA EM LUPENI -Etapa II - Sectiunea Suprafata REABILITARE SI RECULTIVARE (INCINTE, HALDE, IAZURI) pentru Punctul de lucru SECTOR PREPARARE COROESTI Descrierea detaliata a lucrarilor solicitate se regăseşte in caietul de sarcini nr. DG 5474/08.05.2026 Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 20 zile. Entitatea contractantă va raspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a-11-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va raspunde doar la solicitările de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul limită stabilită. Scopul achiziţiei îl reprezintă elaborarea unei documentații de proiectare a lucrărilor de suprafaţă în baza căruia se va obține autorizația de construire/demolare și realizarea lucrărilor de demolare și ecologizare pentru Punct de lucru Sector Preparare Coroieşti al E.M. Lupeni, care să se încadreze în termenele şi valorile autorizate de Comisia Europeană prin Decizia Comisiei Europene nr. C(2024)7896 final din 15.11.2024 și care să asigure forma și temeiul legal de încredințare, de execuție și de decontare a lucrărilor de închidere şi ecologizare, fapt mentionat in Referatul de necesitate si oportunitate al achizitiei, cu nr. de inregistrare DG 6.606/05.06.2026
