Lucrări de reparaţii curente la pav. C12- sali de specialitate din Cazarma 301 Pitești - UM 01225 Pitești NOTA 1. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare în legătură cu documentaţia de atribuire este de maxim 17 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. NOTA 2: În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016, autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informaţilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, ţinând cont şi de prevederile Notificării ANAP cu privire la modalitatea de punere în aplicare a dispoziţiilor art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisă după data menţionată la nota 1, va pune autoritatea contractantă în imposibilitatea de a oferi un răspuns în termenul menţionat la nota 2 şi drept urmare solicitarea se va considera TARDIVĂ. Cantitatile si natura lucrarilor de reparatii curente sunt cele prevazute in caietul de sarcini si listele de lucrari.
