Primăria municipiului Satu Mare intenționează să execute un pasaj suprateran pentru pietoni și bicicliști în municipiul Satu Mare în intersecția de la Crinul, în vederea regândirii traficului pietonal și velo, fluidizării circulației auto, având ca scop reducerea emisiilor de dioxid de carbon și implicit a creșterii calității aerului și a vieții în această zonă extrem de importantă și reprezentativă pentru municipiul Satu Mare. Construcția acestui pasaj impune: devierile şi protejările de utilități afectate si contruirea unei pasaj suprateran, structura rutiera pista pentru bicicliști ʺLA SOLʺ. Conf prev art 160 (2) din Legea 98/2016 modificat prin OUG 107/2017, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificari in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Totodata numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 20 zile.
