Description

Lucrari de executie in vederea realizarii investitiei „Construire Parcare in Regim P+2E pentru parcare Long Term P4” la AIHCB. Valoarea estimată a contractului este de 63.660.772,76 lei fără TVA La care se poate adăuga cota de cheltuieli diverse și neprevăzute, în valoare de 5.232.105,83 lei, fara TVA. Toate detaliile legate de lucrare se regăsesc în caietul de sarcini și în proiectul tehnic de execuție. Durata contractului este de 62 de luni, din care termenul de execuție a lucrărilor: maxim 24 luni de la data prevazuta in ordinul de incepere a lucrarilor emis de beneficiar. Durata aferenta procedurii de recepția la terminarea lucrărilor - 2 luni. Durata aferenta perioadei de garanția pentru lucrările executate - 36 de luni de la semnarea procesului-verbal de recepție la terminarea lucrărilor. Numar zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 15 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare primite, in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita pentru depunerea ofertelor.
