Obiectul contractului ce rezultă din prezenta procedură îl reprezintă execuția lucrărilor aferente obiectivului de investiții „Reabilitarea, modernizarea și consolidarea Școlii Gimnaziale nr. 178, Str. Dridu nr. 2, Sector 1, București”. Contractul include execuția completă a tuturor lucrărilor prevăzute în documentația tehnică, precum și toate activitățile necesare pentru realizarea, finalizarea, receptionarea și predarea acestora în condiții de calitate, siguranță și funcționalitate. În acest sens, Contractantul va avea obligația de a realiza, execuția lucrărilor de construcții și instalații, inclusiv lucrări de: • consolidare structurală; • reabilitare și modernizare arhitecturală; • creștere a performanței energetice; • modernizare instalații (electrice, sanitare, termice, HVAC, antiefractie, control acces, supraveghere, detectie, BMS); • amenajări exterioare și lucrări conexe; La baza determinarii valorii estimate a contractului a stat Listele de cantitati elaborate in proiectul tehnic: Cap 1.2. Amenajarea terenului - 398.227,00 lei fara TVA Cap 4.1 Constructii si instalatii - 31.833.948,27 lei fara TVA Cap 4.2 Montaj utilaje si echipamente tehnologice - 1.006.311,51 lei Cap4.3 Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice si functionale care necesita montaj - 4.643.937,06 lei fara TVA Cap 5.1.1 Lucrari de constructii si instalatii aferente organizarii de santier - 773.863,86 lei fara TVA.
