PROIECTARE SI EXECUȚIE LUCRĂRI: „Drum TransRegio Feleac TR 35 - Etapa I Centura Metropolitană TR 35 și Drumuri de Legătură - Faza I Centura Metropolitană TR 35 şi Drumuri de legătură, Lot V: drumul TR35 între km 28+600 și km 31+700 , incluzând Nodul 14 (Sopor), nodul 15 (Selgros) și parțial drumul de legătură DL B6( de la nod 14-[Sopor] până km 1+600)" - conform documentatiei tehnice atasate; In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările si completările ulterioare, autoritatea stabileste ca orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare in legătură cu Documentaţia de atribuire - cu 20 de zile anterior termenului limita depunere oferte, la care se va raspunde cu 11 zile anterior termenului limita de depunere oferte. Durata contractului, de la pct. II.2.7, este de 48 luni si se imparte in: 17 luni - proiectare si 31 luni - executie.
