Lucrări rămase de executat în vederea finalizării și punerii în funcțiune a obiectivului de investiții Sală Polivalentă 2500 locuri( Lucrări arhitecturale și de finisaje pentru CorpurileA, B, C),Instalații Termice, de Ventilație și Climatizare (HVAC), Instalații Electrice (Curenți Tari) și de Iluminat, Instalații Sanitare și Alimentare cu Apă, Utilaje și Echipamente Tehnologice (cu montaj). Lucrarea va avea un termen de garanție de minim 5 ani( categoria de importanta B) de la recepția la terminarea lucrarilor a acesteia, la care se adauga durata garantiei extinse ofertate pentru acordarea punctajului. Nota: Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 18 zile. Termenul limita pana la care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare va fi in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
